We don’t follow fads or present anything to our clients that is not supported by empirical data. This means our assessment exercises are validated and customized for your business needs; our Leadership Reprise Training Sessions incorporate time-tested management theory and practices. But there’s just one problem with predictions about people – they are not always accurate! A technical term for this is “error variance.” A more understandable term might be “people behave randomly.” The essence of psychology is the study of individual differences. There are seven billion people on the planet. They don’t always behave rationally or how we expect them to behave. Enter art into the equation. For HLA, art means judgment, experience, and wisdom.
